It’s that time of year again and I wanted to share some ideas with you on improving curb appeal.
While showing homes to potential buyers as a REALTOR©, I often see homes that are beautiful on the inside, but don’t really reflect that from the curb. Whether you’re getting ready to sell or intending to stay in your home, curb appeal shows how passionate you feel about your investment. Here are some tips to spruce up the outside of your property and go from drab to fab fast!

Solar water heating doesn’t involve the solar panels for electricity that we typically think of. So what is it? A solar water heater basically consists of heat absorbing material in a collector that gets heated and then transfers that heat to water stored in a storage tank. Not only is this a great new “green” approach to a necessity but you may also be able to deduct up to 30% of the installation cost from your federal taxes. (Consult with a tax professional regarding deductions).
