Join our real estate team now and we will provide the following:
- 100% commission paid directly to you at closing (broker fees of $199/sales and $50/lease)
- 75% commission paid to you at closing for real estate leads that we’ve provided (broker fees of $199/sales and $50/lease)
- Referral $$$. Know other agents? Have them join our team and earn 2% of the commission for real estate leads we provide them. We will also waive your monthly fee for one month for each agent you refer that joins
(1 agent = 1 free month, 2 agents = 2 free months, etc.) - Low $49 monthly membership fee (paid via credit card, PayPal, or bank draft)
- No sign up fees (first month fee of $49 will be due at the time you join)

- Broker collects $50 of any referral fees that you’re paid
- Technology advice/help – need advice on a new computer? not sure what a blog is used for? what software is available to help you do this or that? Etc…
- Be your own boss! You are not employed by us – you are contracted to work with us for as long as you like (no term contract).
100% commission is based on clients that you secure by your own means. 75% commission is based on real estate leads that we provide to you. 75/25 split applies to first transaction, then switches to 100% to you for multiple transactions with the same client. 2% referral based only on real estate leads we’ve provided where the closing agent is receiving 75% commission. To receive the waiver for the monthly fee, the real estate agents you refer must join and remain part of the team for at least one month.

*Free personal web site consists of several templates to choose from. If you’d like a professionally designed web site and/or graphic design work, we can provide referrals for a discount but this is at your cost.
