Commission Info100% commission is based on clients that you secure by your own means. 65% commission is based on leads that we provide to you where you represent the buyer/seller. 65/35 split applies to first transaction, then switches to 100% to you for multiple transactions with the same client. To receive the waiver for the monthly fee, the agents you refer must join and remain part of the team for at least one month.
