Beazer Homes has purchased 93 lots in The Settlement neighborhood of Craig Ranch master community in McKinney, TX. The homes will be priced from the mid $200k’s – $300k’s and construction is supposed to begin within the next 4 – 6 weeks. According to the builder, each of the new homes will include at least 15 features that save energy, conserve water, and improve indoor air quality.
The Settlement neighborhood has a wide range of architectural styles and includes high-end luxury homes along with townhomes/condos. The neighborhood borders the TPC at Craig Ranch golf course and is close to the Cooper Fitness center & spa, The Ballfields, soccer fields, the Dr. Pepper Stars Center, the Hospital at Craig Ranch and the Michael Johnson Performance Center. Another amenity includes a tree-lined park with a rubberized jogging track.
