In my quest for the best tortilla soup in DFW, I discovered Rio Mambo.  They not only have the best tortilla soup in my opinion, but their salsa is excellent, the rellenos are phenomenal and the margaritas are amazing!  Even though the restaurant is usually busy, the service has always been great when I’ve visited.  I cannot say enough about this place; the appetizers and entrees are delicious!  Even though I’ve been going for years now, I still love it.

The atmosphere is great and the bar area is a cool hangout with plenty of flat-screens to watch the game. They also have specials for their incredible margaritas.  If you’re in the mood for a great Tex-Mex experience, be sure to check out Rio Mambo.
