Hovnanian Homes announced on January 29, 2010 that it has purchased 88 lots in The Villas at Craig Ranch subdivision in McKinney, TX and will begin offering seven new floor plans created specifically for Craig Ranch (five of the plans will be single story). According to the builder, features of the new homes will include:
- Sizes ranging from 2600 to 3200 square feet
- Spanish, French, and Traditional styles
- Priced from mid-300′s to mid-400′s
- Membership to the TPC Craig Ranch Golf Course
- 2 year membership to the Cooper Fitness Facility
You may have seen this Craig Ranch video post we did a couple of months ago that showed The Villas neighborhood and announced the zoning hearing that would allow the development of these single story smaller lot properties. It’s refreshing to see a large builder like K. Hovnanian Homes investing in this area.
