Luxury Home Auction Update!
Posted by Jerry Van Blaricom in Buying, Collin County, Craig Ranch, McKinney Wednesday, November 18, 2009 No Comments
We recently posted an article about a luxury home auction for homes in Craig Ranch and the greater McKinney area on Nov. 7th. We spoke with a representative from Kennedy Wilson, the listing agent, and six of the properties from the auction were sold. The reserve prices on the others were not meet and/or the bank countered the offers and couldn’t reach an agreement with the buyers. The properties that didn’t sell are now available for purchase at listed prices instead of auction format. The houses that sold were labeled as M2, M7, M17, M18, M19, and M20. If you want more info on the homes that are still available, you can contact Kennedy Wilson (just search online). If you’re not already working with a real estate agent, you can contact us and we’d be happy to provide you with more info at no cost or obligation.
Sorry, I can’t post the details of the available properties, but here is a map of the available properties (sold properties are blacked out). If you’re interested in one of the properties, please have an agent represent you (even if it’s not us). There’s no cost to you and if you contact the listing agent (the auction company), they represent the seller and are working for the best deal for the seller.
*Please note, we are not associated with this auction, Kennedy Wilson companies, Craig Ranch, or any other organization mentioned. This post is for informational purposes only.
