The Senate voted unanimously yesterday to pass the extension to the first-time homebuyer tax credit. Now, the bill is awaiting approval by the House before being signed in to law by the President. Although the extension is not official until passed by the House of Representatives and signed by President Obama, news sources have been reporting that the House is expected to pass it as early as today.
